Every moment deserves a song. Whether it is good or bad, celebrating a birthday party or not, a song is something that’s best to listen to. That is why SoundBot, a company that specializes in audio electronics, wants every audiophile just like us to deserve it and most especially provide us with an enhanced overall experience through quality, technology, and value that they share.

We love listening to a song or a whole bunch of music that is why we grabbed the chance to experience what SoundBot wants to provide us. One in the line of their audio electronics that they offer to the market (and is actually a talk over the web) is the SoundBot SB571 Bluetooth Speaker.

So what’s with the SoundBot SB571 Bluetooth Speaker? As what SoundBot claims, this portable Bluetooth speaker features 12 hours of music streaming as well as hand-free calling (or speakerphone capability). SoundBot SB571 Bluetooth Speaker – Performance

The SoundBot SB571 Bluetooth Speaker is built with two 40mm premium speaker drivers that produce a 6-Watt audio output. We tested how this portable Bluetooth speaker sounds and we were quite surprised with its performance.

For a compact size that the SoundBot SB571 Bluetooth Speaker has, we would say that the sound quality was very decent. We were impressed with how the sound being produced is very crisp and detailed basing it from the tracks we played.

The vocals of Adele’s latest music, “Hello” that’s being streamed from the SoundBot SB571 Bluetooth Speaker feel really natural and high quality. Aside from that, this portable Bluetooth speaker produces loud sound that can actually fill a medium-sized room. We can really hear the clean, crisp, detailed, and very loud sound coming out from it.

Although one drawback from the SoundBot SB571 Bluetooth Speaker is the sound quality when you turn the volume to its maximum level. When you increase the volume, like from 80% to 100%, distortions are very observable. So if you want to not experience this, better use this portable Bluetooth speaker with volumes not more than 80%.

Aside from decent sound quality, the bass output was also good. The SoundBot SB571 Bluetooth Speaker delivers deep and powerful bass for its size. We tested it with a bass intensive track saved in our device’s local music playlist and we were pleased to discover rich bass output.

When it comes to battery life, the SoundBot SB571 Bluetooth Speaker can perform for up to 12 hours, thanks to its built-in rechargeable 1000mAh Lithium-ion battery (which charges through a standard micro-USB cable). Take note only that the battery life still depends on the use. If you use it via wired connections, it will absolutely reach a 12-hour battery life. If you prefer using wireless connection, which is via Bluetooth, the SoundBot SB571 will probably reach for up to 10 hours. In that case, we were still impressed with its long battery life despite its very compact size.

SoundBot SB571 Bluetooth Speaker – Design

On the design end, the SoundBot SB571 Bluetooth Speaker looks really great. We have once brought it with us to the park and many complimented it to look really cool and asked where they can buy it. Thus, the SoundBot SB571 Bluetooth Speaker is an eye-candy for many!

Actually, the SoundBot SB571 Bluetooth Speaker looks similar to the designs of Jawbone Mini Jambox and DKnight Magicbox Ultra-Portable Speaker. Although it may look similar with these portable wireless speakers, we think that there’s a catch with the SoundBot SB571. The SoundBot SB157 Bluetooth Speaker is very compact and lightweight, measuring 6 x 2 x1.6 inches and weighing 12 ounces only. We did not find this portable Bluetooth speaker to be a hassle for us because it really was compact that it can actually fit in our hands and also light as if it is not inside our bag.

What makes it similar to the Jawbone Jambox and the DKnight Magicbox is its build and speaker grille designs. The SoundBot SB571 Bluetooth Speaker is made of polycarbonate like material that makes it very sturdy and durable. In front, the speaker grille is found covering the two premium speaker drivers and the built-in microphone. On top of the device are the buttons for Play/Pause, Skip Forward/Backward, Volume Up/Down, and Talk/Stop for speakerphone capability. At the back of this portable Bluetooth speaker is where the On/Off switch, 3.5mm Line-In audio jack, and the micro-USB charging port are found.

The SoundBot SB571 Bluetooth Speaker is available in different color options: Red/Black, Silver/Black, Red, Blue, Black, and Gray.

SoundBot SB571 Bluetooth Speaker – Connectivity

You can connect the SoundBot SB571 Bluetooth Speaker in two connection supports, via wired/Auxillary input and wireless/Bluetooth.

If you prefer wireless, then you can connect your devices such as Android smartphones, iPhones, iPads, tablets, and others using Bluetooth. This portable speaker currently supports Bluetooth 3.0 technology and up. If you prefer using it through wired connections, you can use a 3.5mm audio cable to input onto the SoundBot SB571.

Lastly, the SoundBot SB571 Bluetooth Speaker doubles as a speakerphone. It is designed with a built-in microphone enabling high definition hand-free calls.
